I Have A Sneaking Suspicion...

That Sunshine will be playing Flight Control on his new 3G iPad non-stop (he returned the wifi-only version).  When he plays this pretend-to-be-an-air-traffic-controller game, all else fades away.  Maybe I can get him to agree to certain requests while he plays because he will either (a) want me to go away or (b) just "Yes" everything in his inattentive state?  Hmm...

Random Thought: eBay and I

Sunshine and I were just talking and he found it strange that for someone who loves a good bargain, I don't use eBay.  In fact, I've NEVER used eBay in my life.  I don't even have an eBay account.  Do you eBay?

Random Thought: Working On My Fitness..

I joined the gym yesterday.  I hope this motivates me to workout more.  I've been running outside as of late but the rainy days really throw off my running routine.  (Have you been gearing up for bikini season?)

Random Thought: The Doggie Song

My brother created a song for our doggies, Mr. Max and Mr. Foo Foo.  Now I can't stop singing the darn thing!  I'm going to save your ears and not post a video of me singing it, but here are the lyrics:

(In a sing-song tune)  Do you like treats?  Treats to eat...for doggies?

(In a Mr. Roger's happy inquiring voice)  Do you like treats?  Treats to eat?  For doggies?

I would like to point out that my entire family is singing this song throughout the day, and the dogs go nuts because they know at the end of the song, they'll get a treat.

Random Thought: How Easily Swayed Are You By Mod Shots?

I fell in love with a Walter dress when I viewed it on SearleNYC.com.  And I promptly fell out of love with the same dress when I viewed it on Dillards.com.  How easily swayed are you by mod shots?  Do you imagine how the item would look on you or do you just want it because of the mod shot?  Apparently, I'm more of a visual person than an imaginative one.

Random Thought: Logging-In To Multiple Gmail Accounts

Dear Google,

Why can't I log-in to multiple Gmail accounts simultaneously?  It's a PITA to log-in and log-out of my different Gmail accounts.

Random Thought: Quiet Please!

Ugh.  I'm trying to finish this week's 2 video reviews but between the pitter patter of the rain and the lawn mower noise from the landscapers, it's not quiet enough to do the voiceovers!!  Quiet please!

Random Thought: My Bedroom and Pandora

Sunshine and I both like to collect tech gadgets.  Last night while trying to fall asleep, I realized that our bedroom looks a little like Pandora at night.  The LED lights from out laptops, cellphones, blackberries, etc (together with the LED lights from various chargers and surge protectors), make the room glow just like those Pandora night scenes in Avatar.  Does your bedroom glow at night?

Random Thought: Rompers and Bathrooms

I like rompers.  They're like dresses:  one entire outfit from one article of clothing.  No need to think about matching a top and a bottom in the morning.  And it's one piece versus two pieces of laundry.  The only issue, and I'll admit it is a major issue, is when you have to make a trip to the bathroom.  It's weird (and rather vulnerable) to be standing there....well, you know what I'm saying.

Random Thought: iPad Is Available Tomorrow...

Did you pre-order one?  As some of you know, I pre-ordered an iPad, felt like an idiot and then cancelled.  Now I feel like a bigger idiot for canceling.  What was I thinking?  Sunshine is getting me a Macbook Air but it's not quite the same as playing around with the iPad.  Sigh.

Random Thought: Kicking the LV Habit...

Last year, I kicked my LV habit (for the most part). It was a completely unintentional result of my trips to Hong Kong. If you want to kick your LV habit, take a trip to Hong Kong. Every other girl seemed to be carrying an LV bag. If everyone has one, what's the point?

Random Thought: I Would Make A Bad Lab Rat

Neiman Marcus has these Mid-Day and Evening Dashes a few times a week where a set number of items are on super sale (but not always...).  The items tend to be crappy, or in the rare case that it's something that I like, sold out.  I know that there's no real point in checking but like a bad lab rat, I always do.  Bad lab rat...bad lab rat!

When you go to buffets, do you "plate" your food or does your food just look like mish-mash of stuff?  Apparently, I plate my food because the guy next to me told me that my food looked really good.

Random Thought: Spring and Allergies

Spring is here!!  Finally, after a dreadful winter, the sun has come out and the temperature is no longer freezing.  I'm always super happy this time of year...until my allergies hit.  I seem to have annual amnesia that spring means allergies for me.  If you're like me, don't forget to breakout your Flonase.  And don't sniff the flowers!!  ;)

My brother calls me a Target Zombie.  Every time I get in my car, I just want to go to Target.  I'm not sure why...but Target just calls to me all the time.
