I'm not sure if they do charge-send, but if they do and you're out-of state, you save on tax too! If they don't do charge-send, try calling a Saks, Nordies, or Neiman that's local to a Douglas Cosmetic store on 2/12/10 and see if they will price match. Remember - department stores only price match competitors that they consider to be local competitors. If you live in CA and ask them to price match a PA beauty store, they most likely won't do it.
