It's the one on the left. The one of the right is the Companion Pass that allows a friend to join you in the Fast Pass area. See the blue piggies with dollar amounts on them? They get punched when you purchase a plate or a drink. By the end of the day, it becomes one very holy pass!! (Hahahah!!)
Random Fact: When they first started with the Bubba Fast Pass, they tried using debit cards versions but I guess that didn't work out too well for them, so they went the low-tech way with punch cards.
