Food Therapy: Big Fat Greek Burrito??

I went to Panchero's for an early dinner (think of it as a lesser Chipotle but with fresh tortillas) and they were offering a special: Big Fat Greek Burrito.  Well, how could I pass on a gyro in burrito form?  I couldn't.  It wasn't bad at all.  Go figure.  I wonder which honcho at Panchero's loves gyros?  Maybe he/she visited the Halal food cart on 53rd St and 6th Ave and was inspired?
